Great work!
So, I took a minute today to check out the blog. I think its a great way to be able to share information. BB is a useful format, the main concern is that its limited to the folks currently enrolled in the class. I'd encourage you to contact the folks from last year's class, and to invite them to participate in this blog as well. All the best, Dan
Surveys
Hey Everyone,
I posted a few of our surveys for the 2009 trip on Blackboard under group pages. Feel free to give further comments or suggestions. We are still working on the agricultural survey and the soil testing.
Happy Turkey Day!
p.s. I could not figure out how to post a Word Document to the blog, as soon as I figure it out, I will post the surveys here as well :)!

The Beginning
Dear Class,
This is the beginning of our Blogspot. The blog will currently be open to all members of the class and meant as a free environment to voice your opinion, post information, videos, pictures and reflections.
As the Outreach group we have discussed the importance of creating a family among our class. We must become a strong team, a cohesive unit of friends and colleagues. If we want to create a lasting relationship with families in Dahod and with Sadguru, we must first have a strong relationship with each other.
This involves everyone!
In order to kick off our relationship, we have decided to host Pot Lucks where we would like a representative from each group to be present, once a week, so that we may have open discussion among teams and build a relationship in the process.
Although we are asking only one representative as a minimum, of course EVERYONE is welcome. We want to make this class FUN and we want to encourage free thinking outside the box.
The first potluck will be Sunday, November 15th at Jackie Kellerman's apartment. More details to follow.......
We hope people will volunteer to host in successive weeks, so that we can get a sampling of different environments and get more people involved.
Please post suggestions on building our relationship...... all ideas are welcome.
Glad to be a part of your family!
Love,
Steph
